What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during the shift
• support order packing, inbound inventory receiving, and inventory control during low-volume or minimally staffed periods
• address shift coverage gaps
• escalate site issues
• complete opening and closing checklists
• oversee facility operations and delivery processes
• train new associates when site leadership is unavailable
• intervene in driver routing and dispatch
• conduct shelf moves and site audits
• monitor performance objectives
• and troubleshoot defects.
