Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Saginaw, MI. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. Centria Autism provides services intended to help children with autism build skills and make progress. The technician works one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role contributes to each child’s communication, social, and daily living skills while helping reduce interfering behaviors.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors
• complete onboarding and obtain RBT certification
• meet physical requirements that include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
