The Project Manager role is onsite in Amarillo, TX. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience; no numeric salary range is specified. AgTexas Farm Credit Services provides reliable credit and crop insurance to member-owners so they can feed and clothe the world. The project manager plans and coordinates approved projects, aligns stakeholders, tracks progress, and guides work through implementation and closeout. The role helps departments move cross-functional initiatives forward with clear plans, accountability, risk visibility, and timely decisions.

What you'll do

• Partner with sponsors, department leaders, and subject-matter experts to define objectives, scope, outcomes, responsibilities, and success measures
• maintain plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and decision points
• coordinate work from discovery through closeout
• facilitate meetings and document decisions
• track deliverables, risks, issues, action items, and scope changes
• report status
• coordinate testing, implementation, launch readiness, stabilization, and transition
• support employee preparation for changes
• promote consistent project-management practices and continuous improvement.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; PMP, CAPM, or a comparable credential is beneficial but not required. Microsoft 365 and project-management tools such as Asana are preferred.
