What you'll do

• Lead and develop onsite staff
• manage budgets, expenses, collections, and financial reporting
• oversee maintenance, inspections, vendors, leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
• lead affordable housing compliance and prepare for audits and inspections
• build respectful resident and community relationships
• mentor property managers across the portfolio
• participate in the on-call rotation, typically one week every five to six weeks.
