What you'll do

• Perform powder coat work-center tasks independently
• review production schedules and completed products for quality
• troubleshoot operational issues
• perform repair and rework
• monitor downstream production
• adjust wash-system chemicals and perform periodic maintenance
• maintain 5S standards
• identify safety improvements
• train employees
• use drawings and 3D models to verify parts
• follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.
