What you'll do

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations and personnel supervision
• maintain a hospitable work environment and customer relationships
• support compliance with accounting, employee, and store policies
• help meet sales, production, and expense goals
• ensure merchandise is displayed
• participate in hiring, training, supervision, and evaluations
• assist with scheduling and payroll information
• order merchandise in the manager’s absence
• account for and bank cash receipts
• complete and forward paperwork and sales reports
• support safety compliance.
