Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to customer and Account Manager communications
• assess customer needs
• work with suppliers and Account Managers to identify, source, and price product solutions and provide quotes
• process customer orders, return material authorizations, guaranteed test orders, and purchase materials
• review P21 portals for late orders and other exceptions
• work with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes
• maintain knowledge of company policies and systems
• follow documented ISO processes.
