What you'll do

• Plan, design, and implement Actimize Fraud Management application code and configuration
• analyze requirements and document technical solutions
• troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis
• support production and project issues
• develop and execute unit tests
• coordinate software upgrades
• serve as an escalation point for complex production issues
• support implementations and go-lives, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
