What you'll do

• Support service-center operations, technician and coordinator mentorship, scheduling, warranty administration, work order and WIP management, customer satisfaction, and invoicing
• coordinate safety training and PPE compliance
• perform revenue-generating technician work with a 50% service-call application rate
• provide advanced technical expertise remotely and onsite as needed
• oversee warranty work orders
• lead technician training
• maintain technical references and software
• coordinate with Nixon TSC, Rehlko, and the switchgear team.
