Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job overview

The Senior ServiceNow Developer role is onsite five days a week at one of the listed sites: Fort Meade, MD; Ogden, UT; or Scott Air Force Base, IL. Compensation is $65 per hour on W-2. The developer configures and extends ServiceNow applications to meet operational and business needs. The role builds integrations, supports upgrades and data migration, improves workflows and reporting, and collaborates with customer and engineering teams to deliver and maintain platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management modules
• create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, and dashboards
• configure integrations
• support platform upgrades and data migration
• design business process flows and applications
• troubleshoot and automate tasks
• integrate data into a unified CMDB
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
