What you'll do

• Collect, post, and process rent payments in Yardi
• manage delinquent accounts, evictions, and move-outs
• conduct annual and interim LIHTC income certifications
• maintain compliance files and support audits and inspections
• assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
• support the Community Manager with reporting and daily operations.
