What you'll do

• Process monthly billing for clients and funding sources
• prepare aging reports and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger
• follow up on uncollected charges
• work with staff to resolve billing problems
• coordinate with Quality Improvement on appropriate billing
• maintain contracts and procedural documentation
• enter thrift store and vehicle sales and deposits
• back up Medicaid billing
• enter scholarship and camping service charges and payments
• cross-train and back up accounts payable as needed.
