What you'll do

• Maintain resort assets and follow safety rules
• perform preventive maintenance for rooms, public areas, and equipment
• train technical staff on specialized tasks when required
• coordinate projects with subcontractors when needed
• order and maintain critical equipment stock
• keep daily job logs
• repair and replace parts, piping, valves, fittings, drywall, and other items
• perform appliance installation and general mechanical troubleshooting
• work with plumbing, electrical, controls, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems
• perform snow removal and other resort-based operations.
