What you'll do
- Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling, diagnostic evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
- provide make-up sessions as needed
- complete session notes and documentation in ICANotes within the service period
- coordinate with program staff and external providers
- follow designated clinical treatment models and trauma-informed, person-centered practices
- complete initial treatment plans and diagnostic assessments and conduct monthly plan reviews and six-month reassessments
- maintain accurate records
- provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- participate in fidelity reviews, audits, supervision, and required training.
