What you'll do

• Provide compassionate, respectful, person-centered care
• observe and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, meals, fluids, repositioning, toileting, and hygiene
• support facility activities
• perform assigned housekeeping and laundry
• communicate with families and coworkers
• document care and report incidents
• pass medication as directed by an administrator or designee when needed
• respond to call lights.
