What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, orientation, and onboarding
• collect and verify new-hire documents
• maintain employee data in Ellucian Banner
• respond to benefits and enrollment questions
• conduct assigned Civil Rights and Title IX intake meetings and prepare related documentation
• assist with leave administration
• coordinate professional development opportunities
• advise leaders on applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• maintain confidentiality and complete required compliance training.
