What you'll do
- Assist the clinical team with admissions
- administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to nursing practices and facility policies
- carry out physician and nurse practitioner care plans and medication orders
- educate clients about medication side effects and observe for them
- monitor withdrawal symptoms
- maintain electronic health records
- provide crisis management
- maintain client confidentiality
- work with the interdisciplinary team to address client needs.
