What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment electrically and mechanically
• perform preventative maintenance such as belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and cleaning
• determine service requirements using technical experience
• interpret engineering drawings
• advise owners or representatives about inspections and corrective actions
• suggest beneficial services
• coordinate with project managers, service coordinators, customers, and other trades
• submit paperwork promptly
• follow safety measures. Requires current HVAC certification, OSHA 10 training, 1–5 years of service experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work overtime or weekends as required. EPA certification is preferred.
