What you'll do

• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, library preparation, and next-generation sequencing on patient specimens
• process samples through result reporting under analytical SOPs
• perform assigned automated and manual procedures and report results for review
• participate in training and help train others as needed
• assist with evaluating new procedures
• troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• keep quality-system records and regulatory compliance
• assist with supply and reagent inventory.
