What you'll do

• Greet pet parents and dogs
• check dogs in and out
• perform data entry, computer maintenance, phone calls, filing, and client-information updates
• schedule and confirm appointments and reservations
• promote and sell baths, daycare, and boarding packages
• clean front and back areas
• maintain a safe environment
• provide customer service and remain attentive to dogs and pet parents
• assist with animal care, meal preparation, and other described front-of-house tasks.
