Floating Leasing Manager

The Floating Leasing Manager role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $28–$30 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. The role supports Thrive Communities’ property-management work and resident living experiences. The manager performs leasing duties and supports leasing teams across properties, helping maintain leasing performance, resident relations, marketing, and administrative operations. The role contributes to occupancy, resident satisfaction, and consistent property operations.

What you'll do

• Generate lease paperwork and legal documents
• support leasing sales and closing ratios
• train and mentor leasing teams
• greet prospective residents and conduct tours
• maintain tour paths, vacant units, and model units in partnership with maintenance
• support resident relations and property inspections
• contribute to marketing and listing content
• respond to calls and emails
• maintain reports and files
• process move-ins, move-outs, and security-deposit reports
• route resident service requests to maintenance.
