What you'll do

• Participate in onboarding and a 30-60-90-day training plan
• support up to three Technical Sales Representatives and regional leadership with lead generation, quotes, follow-ups, and customer engagement
• support company initiatives
• engage existing and new customers
• learn technical solutions and application engineering with regional teams and suppliers
• meet activity metrics
• maintain CRM records
• attend development meetings and events
• contribute to process refinement and regional sales practices.
