• mentor peers and influence senior leadership
• provide technical leadership and, at the Associate Director level, potentially oversee team members
• develop technologies and scientific innovations for small-molecule formulation
• partner across functions on drug discovery and development strategies
• champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
