Job overview

The General Manager, Tacodeli Restaurant role is onsite in Austin, TX; compensation is $70,000 starting annual salary plus up to $12,000 in annual bonus potential based on established goals. The General Manager leads the restaurant’s people, culture, operations, and business performance. This role exists to develop a strong team, deliver guest hospitality, maintain food quality and safety, and achieve restaurant performance goals. The General Manager leads daily operations hands-on and partners with the District Manager on priorities and company initiatives.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, retain, coach, and develop team members and restaurant leaders
• set expectations and manage performance. Lead floor operations, staffing, scheduling, hospitality, food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards. Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and other performance indicators
• analyze reports, identify gaps, and execute improvement plans with the District Manager.
