What you'll do

• Lead the team and delegate shift tasks

• monitor inventory and communicate shortages
• manage breaks and support employee training
• assist with interviews and evaluations
• handle opening and closing duties
• prepare food, follow recipes, clean, stock, and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
