What you'll do

• Assist with project scheduling, planning, and pre-planning
• oversee field labor, equipment utilization, quality control, labor coordination, safety, and project completion
• implement safety requirements and support safety training
• enforce quality-control procedures and inspect jobs
• assist with work planning, trade partner coordination, staffing, and equipment needs
• identify process improvements and cost savings
• coordinate personnel and equipment
• support superintendent technology proficiency.
