What you'll do

• Provide care according to the client’s care plan
• assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, transfers, fall prevention, vitals, medication reminders, and pain management
• monitor clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia
• complete documentation and household tasks
• provide safe transportation and errands as needed
• follow RNS policies
• maintain CPR certification and a current TB test or obtain them within 90 days of hire
• work assigned shifts and communicate promptly about availability.
