What you'll do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate classroom activities and child assessments
• supervise classroom support staff and volunteers
• maintain compliance with Michigan childcare licensing and NAEYC accreditation standards
• supervise children and maintain a safe classroom
• carry out childcare routines
• communicate with parents
• provide responsive caregiving and positive guidance
• maintain child and classroom records
• participate in staff meetings and training.
