What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development strategies
• identify opportunities and lead strategic pursuits
• strengthen key client relationships
• advise municipalities, utilities, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
• provide strategic and technical leadership for complex projects from planning through implementation
• maintain quality, risk management, governance, and project controls
• influence resource decisions and practice performance
• supervise, coach, and develop team members
• represent GBA at industry events and professional organizations
• support succession planning and service improvements.
