The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist works onsite in LaPorte, IN, full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is $23 per hour. This role keeps shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurate and helps coordinate dock schedules and shipment priorities so products move efficiently and operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records in the ERP system
• review and electronically archive documentation
• audit sales orders, pick tickets, shipping paperwork, and inventory transactions
• coordinate dock schedules and prioritize shipments based on customer needs, production output, staffing, equipment, and carrier schedules.
