What you'll do

• Meet with homeowners to assess warranty concerns and determine next steps
• troubleshoot construction-related issues and complete minor repairs when appropriate
• coordinate repairs with trade partners
• inspect completed work against quality standards
• communicate findings and repair updates to Customer Care
• manage daily schedule and assigned workload
• build positive relationships
• help identify recurring warranty issues and process improvements
• represent CBH professionally.
