The Sales Recruiter, Salesforce Partnership (Contract) role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at a Salesforce hub in San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; or Atlanta, GA. The recruiter manages full-cycle hiring or designated recruiting stages for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, building candidate pipelines and moving requisitions through a fast-paced process. The role partners with sales leaders and hiring managers to align candidate selection with role requirements and commercial fit.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting or assigned stages from sourcing through offer acceptance
• develop targeted outreach campaigns and source passive candidates, including from competitors
• build candidate relationships through phone outreach
• advise Sales leaders and hiring managers
• track candidates and requisitions using Workday and Fieldglass
• coordinate interviews using Slack and GoodTime
• meet deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment.
