Behavioral Health Specialist I — High Intensity Mental Health

The position exists to help members pursue treatment and personal goals through psychosocial rehabilitation, advocacy, resource connections, and coordinated case management. What you'll do

• Provide psychosocial, rehabilitation, and recovery-oriented services
• advocate for members and help them access treatment, medical care, housing, food, and clothing
• support individual service plans
• maintain client records and required documentation
• coach social, money-management, hygiene, and job-readiness skills
• coordinate with families and care providers with client consent
• provide medication outreach and other field support
• provide rotational after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
