What you'll do

• Perform advanced electrical and plumbing repairs
• maintain and repair HVAC systems
• develop preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect properties
• train and mentor junior staff
• collaborate on property improvement projects
• manage maintenance inventory
• complete unit make-readies and document move-out conditions
• ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• respond to routine requests and emergencies
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
