Project Analyst — Program Support

The Project Analyst role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with pay of $28–$36 per hour. The position provides program support and manpower analysis for Delphinus Engineering projects across its operating units. The analyst helps project and program managers maintain accurate project setup, schedules, documentation, reporting, and data. The role supports contract deliverables and project tracking across multiple projects and locations.

What you'll do

• Set up projects in compliance with contractual requirements
• maintain project schedules, objectives, and communications
• update Microsoft Project schedules and analyze timelines
• create project documentation and reports
• use work breakdown structures to identify goals and requirements
• verify and analyze project data
• track and report progress, metrics, and challenges
• support contract deliverable reports
• maintain databases and reports
• prepare and log resumes for contract approval
• research incomplete documents and respond to information requests.
