Rentals and Events Associate

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to private rental attendees
• set up tables, chairs, and decorations and support client and vendor entry
• answer questions and help guests during events
• monitor spaces and enforce applicable laws and museum policies
• transport guests, staff, and vendors by golf cart as needed
• lead specialty programming when trained
• clean up and reset event spaces
• follow emergency procedures
• support the manager on duty
• follow museum safety procedures.
