Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing role is onsite in Lowell, MI, with occasional travel to Traverse City and other retail locations. This hands-on leadership role develops marketing managers and oversees in-person lead generation, marketing performance, and cost efficiency across locations. The work supports a full sales schedule and aligns marketing efforts with Sales, Operations, and executive leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing managers

• hold regular one-on-one and leadership development meetings

• stay connected to daily execution
• travel to support teams in the service territory.
