What you'll do
- Lead plant culture and safety
- manage production and warehousing operations
- ensure regulatory compliance
- own the production plan with Household Supply Chain
- establish performance metrics
- partner with the Plant Controller on P&L and budget
- maintain equipment reliability and preventive maintenance
- manage quality and service targets, staffing, capital projects, and continuous improvement
- hire, develop, and lead plant talent
- collaborate with EHS, HR, Quality, Engineering, and Distribution/Transportation.
