What you'll do

• Learn department operations and compliance with guidelines, budgets, and performance standards
• participate in daily meetings and assist with community management
• complete new-hire paperwork and timecard adjustments
• respond to resident and family concerns related to business-office operations
• support marketing plans and sales goals
• track move-ins and move-outs
• review accounts receivable and assist with collections.
