What you'll do

• Provide phone and email support for instrument operation, maintenance, alignments, and troubleshooting
• communicate with end users and internal teams
• create and manage detailed CRM cases
• diagnose issues and guide resolutions
• gather data for service quotes
• participate in rotating after-hours support for 24/7 assistance
• assist with training
• issue RMAs and coordinate follow-up
• participate in department projects as needed.
