The Warehouse Team Lead — Day Shift position is onsite in Buckeye, AZ, with day-shift pay of $20.50 per hour. The role supports PLA Supply Chain Services, a provider of pallet management, third-party logistics, reverse logistics, and freight brokerage and transportation management services. The team lead guides frontline employees in meeting production, quality, and safety goals. By coordinating work, training staff, maintaining accurate inventory and reports, and partnering with onsite management, the role supports reliable operations and customer service.

What you'll do

• Train and guide team members to meet production and safety standards
• inspect pallets for customer specifications and quality
• communicate priorities and support daily production goals
• prepare reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain pallet inventory
• coordinate shift transitions and work-area setup
• work with management on operational and safety training needs
• support employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, and other employment tasks
• assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retention
• help manage cost, waste, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
