What you'll do

• Receive, secure, sort, scan, and prepare incoming checks for deposit
• upload checks and supporting documents to case files
• enter deposit and revenue transactions
• maintain client and payment records
• assist with QuickBooks reporting, collections, fee-lien follow-up, and transaction discrepancy research
• and coordinate with the Accounting Lead and Finance team.
