Toddler Lead Teacher is an onsite role in Winchester, VA. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The teacher leads a safe, nurturing classroom and implements the L.E.A.P. curriculum and daily lesson plans to support toddlers’ development. The role also maintains classroom routines, provides daily care, documents children’s progress, and communicates with families.

What you'll do

• Provide a safe and positive classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum and daily lesson plans
• create developmentally appropriate learning experiences through play, music, movement, art, language, and exploration
• supervise children and follow ratios and licensing standards
• assist with meals, diapering, toilet learning, handwashing, and rest
• document care and communicate with families.
