What you'll do

• Keep accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions
• verify room charges, rates, and starting cash. Manage daily paperwork and submit reports as appropriate, monitor room availability, block rooms, and handle guest requests. Conduct and document regular security walks, follow emergency procedures, prepare continental breakfast on time, replenish breakfast items, and perform guest service agent duties, including laundry functions as directed.
