What you'll do

• Draft, serve, and respond to discovery and subpoenas
• track deadlines and deficiencies
• organize and summarize records and prepare medical chronologies
• identify providers and coordinate IMEs and expert engagement
• conduct legal and factual research
• draft pleadings, discovery, deposition summaries, and trial materials
• manage calendars and schedule proceedings
• e-file in state and federal courts
• prepare exhibit and hearing binders
• coordinate court reporters and interpreters.
