Maintenance Assistant / Housekeeping Supervisor

Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The Maintenance Assistant / Housekeeping Supervisor role is full-time and onsite in Willoughby, OH, with a stated schedule of 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; Maple Ridge Senior Living is part of Vista Senior Living Management, which provides assisted living and memory care services. The role supervises housekeeping activities while assisting with cleaning and facility maintenance. It helps maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment and supports residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and ensure resident rooms and shared areas are clean and sanitary
• perform housekeeping duties alongside the team
• assist the Maintenance Director with work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, and projects
• inspect for maintenance and safety needs
• train and guide housekeeping staff
• monitor supplies
• respond to resident needs and communicate with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
