What you'll do

• Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters in internal systems
• translate contract language into system updates
• support new client and provider setup
• maintain provider, client, and equipment catalog data
• collaborate with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services
• conduct system audits and quality checks
• troubleshoot configuration issues and help improve processes.
