The eCommerce Fulfillment Manager role is onsite in Plano, TX, Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. Pay is $46.50 per hour. The role supports a globally recognized consumer electronics and technology company through a client engagement with West Coast Logistics. The manager owns the omnichannel order lifecycle and improves the systems and processes that route, prioritize, track, and fulfill orders. The role coordinates across supply chain, technology, retail, e-commerce, customer service, and finance to improve order accuracy, service-level performance, and operational visibility.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle across e-commerce, stores, marketplaces, BOPIS, ship-from-store, and curbside pickup
• oversee OMS performance and improvement
• define routing, inventory allocation, and prioritization rules
• monitor accuracy, SLA compliance, cancellations, and returns
• partner on system enhancements and integrations
• lead cross-functional projects
• define and report KPIs
• build dashboards
• conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
