Porter, Apartment Community Grounds and Maintenance Support

What you'll do

• Sweep walkways, hallways, entryways, and parking areas
• remove litter and empty exterior trash receptacles
• pressure wash common areas
• respond to weather-related debris, ice, or standing water
• identify and report property and safety issues
• change light bulbs and HVAC filters
• help prepare vacant units
• assist with basic fixes and small repairs
• follow safety policies and direct resident questions to the Site Manager.
