What you'll do

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules based on client care plans and staff availability
• communicate with and support field caregivers
• complete client openings in the field
• respond to client and employee questions or concerns and assist with resolution
• maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
• assist with quality initiatives, staff communication, and training support
• communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
